Football Development Initiatives

In collaboration with the West Bengal Sports Department, we have launched a rural football outreach program aimed at identifying and nurturing talent from remote villages. The program includes:

  • Monthly coaching camps in 12 district headquarters
  • Provision of football equipment to village schools
  • Scholarship programs for promising young players
  • Transportation assistance for tournament participation

In 2022-23, the program reached over 2,000 children across 45 villages, with 12 players selected for state-level training camps.

To promote women's football in Eastern India, we have established the United Women's Football Development League, featuring teams from colleges, clubs, and corporate organizations.

The league follows a round-robin format with finals held in December each year. Special features include:

  • Professional coaching for all participating teams
  • Sports nutrition workshops
  • Scouting opportunities for national-level tournaments
  • Livelihood skill development alongside football training

The 2022 season featured 16 teams with over 300 women participants.
